Account Information
When you choose to link an account, we collect your email address (email sign-in) or a unique identifier from Google or Apple (social sign-in). Anonymous use is fully supported without providing any personal information.
User Content
Recipes, bake logs, and notes you create are stored in Firebase Firestore. Pro users who enable photo sync have their photos uploaded to Firebase Storage.
Camera & Photos
Camera access is used to capture photos of recipe books or bake logs. Photos may be sent to Google Gemini AI for recipe extraction and are not retained on our servers after processing. Pro users may optionally sync bake log photos to Firebase Storage.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized analytics data (app launches, feature usage, session duration) via Firebase Analytics to improve the app. This data is linked to an anonymous device identifier, not your personal identity.
Crash Reports
We collect crash and error reports via Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose and fix bugs.
Purchase History
We track in-app purchase events (e.g. Pro upgrade, AI credit purchases) for analytics purposes. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.
Anonymous accounts and their data are retained until you delete the app. Linked accounts retain data until account deletion is requested. Crash reports are retained for 90 days.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can revoke camera or photo library access at any time in your device settings.
